“Liaising with Cavalier Homes Goulburn Valley right from the start was a friendly, efficient experience. From visiting a display home, talking with Peter in sales, through to working with Courtney to choose colours, etc, every step was stress-free.
We were able to check on how things were going at each stage, and were surprised by how quickly our house was ready to move into. Any issues (usually minor) during the build and afterwards, have been dealt with immediately. Thanks also to Kurt, Daniel, Luke & Ben for their work as well.”

“The salesperson, James, was very good, one big advantage for us was being able to sit with him and create and change the design instantly. There were a few communication issues from the sales process going from salesperson to Cavalier Homes office with the office using old documents.
Our site supervisor, Lyle, was great, he was very flexible, kept us up to date with progress and the build went very well. After the build had been completed we had a couple of minor issues after we first took ownership, faulty power point tv cable was too short etc.
We have now been in our home for 8 months and only recently noticed a few small faults that we reported, within a couple of weeks we had a maintenance guy, Damien, touch base with us to conduct or organise repairs with another trade. Nothing was ever a problem and repairs were completed quickly to our satisfaction.
The price of the house was what was agreed to and came in at budget. An overall fantastic experience and an excellent build.”
