All members can enjoy some pleasant live music while enjoying their lunches and dinners in some of the club’s onsite restaurants, like the Woden Bistro.
Meanwhile, paid events range from major sporting matches featuring world-renowned athletes to tribute shows for artists like Fleetwood Mac, Taylor Swift, and Kiss.

Join the QuizXpress Trivia Nights

Trivia Night is one of the most popular and beloved activities here at the Hellenic Club of Canberra. Joining is free, but you and your trivia group will have to book a table as soon as possible because they only have a limited number of slots.
Although there’s a cash jackpot for winners, most people go just for the fun of it. There are around 80 to 100 questions per night and it gets very intense and competitive fast.
You’ll be quizzed on a wide range of categories, including geography, sports, pop culture, history, literature, and more. Answers will be locked in using wireless keypads and you can track your progress through a live scoreboard.
Keep an eye out for sign-up announcements on the club’s official online pages. This event happens every 7 PM on Tuesdays at the Triton Lounge.
Sign your little ones up for the Hellenic Kids Program

Throughout the year, the Hellenic Club of Canberra hosts a handful of family-friendly activities for its members. Among them, the Hellenic Kids Program is the most popular for the young ones.
This program happens every April and September during the school holidays. It’s a great way for children to make friends, have fun, and let their creativity soar.
They’ll get to participate in supervised workshops where they can create colorful arts and crafts, play games, learn more about Greek culture, and make yummy treats.
And once they’re done, they can eat with the rest of their family at the on-site Woden Bistro where there’s an exciting Kid’s Menu.

Woden Bistro is a favorite among Hellenic Club members and guests because of its hearty meals and impressive service.
Even when the bistro is full, their service is quick and attentive. They’re also very accommodating — if you’re not happy with what you ordered, you can ask them to change it to one of their other popular dishes.
They’re mostly known for their Filet Mignon and Lamb Gyros. But they also have fresh seafood, vegetarian options, a nice children’s menu, and the rest of their delicious traditional Greek meals.
Just make sure to arrive with a big appetite because their servings are very generous.

Ginseng @ Hellenic is for those who are craving flavors that you can’t usually find in Canberra. This multi-award-winning restaurant serves fresh Chinese cuisine with a modern twist.
Whatever you order from their extensive menu, each one is consistently praised as good, whether it’s their dumplings, noodles, or yum cha. Just make sure that you order an egg custard for dessert because that’s the one thing people get for every visit.
The cherry on top is a quick service that keeps the orders coming. This is even more impressive knowing that most people get around 7-9 dishes when they dine here.
Just take note that reservations are required. They also have semi-private rooms available for bigger groups or functions.
